As AI augments more of our lives the messy part of being in relation with other humans is still something that will take our time and attention. We leverage the power of AI for the sole purpose of helping humans be better humans when working together.

turn
Turn is an enterprise product that helps teams understand how they work together and make better decisions.
A team's culture is built on the conversation patterns that get embedded over time. Without AI, a team trying to change that would say things like "we need to be more direct," or "we should be more honest," or "we need more psychological safety." These are all good intentions, but they are abstract in nature, because each person has a different interpretation of what they mean.
Turn applies AI to look at the structural patterns of conversation, so that teams have the data of how they are working together, and can decide on the strengths they want to keep and the things they want to change, using never seen before insights into the way they work.
The unit of change is conversation.
Every organisation is pouring money into AI, and almost all of it is going into the technology and the systems, with very little going into how people work together in a world that is augmented by AI. Organisations will miss a trick if they only focus on training people and giving them access to new technology. Knowledge will soon be a commodity, and so strengthening the way people interact with each other, so they consciously work with their collective judgement and decision making, is where competitive advantage will come from. If a team has the agency to change its conversation in real time, that is an incredible advantage, and that is what we are making possible with Turn.
